The central point of all scriptures is that the type of training one gives or receives is determined by fate. Prophets instilled the awareness that God, through His unseen hand, ends human slavery and rule by bringing evolutionary changes in the mental desires of different people. Those we call the kings of Iran, Rome, or Arabia were actually chiefs of small tribes. If a small Iranian tribe fought a small Roman or Arab tribe, they would be presented as grand kings of Rome, Iran, or Arabia, because historians appointed by the kings portrayed them as so great that it seemed even a bird could not flap its wings without their command—an attempt to make the king divine. Belief in human governance is considered idolatry. Even in modern states, the economy is like an ocean, which God’s invisible hand controls by creating different demands in different minds, whereas government is like a pond. The Quran says: “And you will be divided into three groups: those on the right (free market traders)—how fortunate are those on the right! Those on the left (implementers of government control)—how unfortunate are those on the left! And those who go ahead (who raise their voice against government control) are the ones close to God. They will be in gardens of bliss.” (Surah Al-Waqi‘ah 56:7–12)

تمام صحیفیوں کا مرکزی نگتہ یہ ہے کہ کون سی قسم کی تربیت کون دے گا یا حاصل کرے گا، یہ قسمت کا فیصلہ ہوتا ہے۔ پیغمبروں نے یہ شعور پیدا کیا کہ انسانی غلامی اور انسانی حکمرانی کو خدا اپنے غیبی ہاتھ سے مختلف لوگوں کی ذہنی طلب میں ارتقائی تبدیلی کے ذریعے ختم کرتا ہے۔ جنہیں ہم ایران کے بادشاہ، روم کے بادشاہ یا عرب کے بادشاہ کہتے تھے، وہ چھوٹے قبیلوں کے بادشاہ تھے۔ اگر ایران کا کوئی چھوٹا قبیلہ روم یا عرب کے کسی چھوٹے قبیلے سے لڑتا تو انہیں روم، ایران یا عرب کے بادشاہ کے طور پر شاندار بنا کر پیش کیا جاتا، کیونکہ بادشاہ کے مقرر کردہ مؤرخین انہیں اتنا عظیم ظاہر کرتے کہ گویا ان کے حکم کے بغیر پرندہ بھی پر نہ ہلا سکے جو بادشاہ کو خدا بنانے کی کوشش تھ۔ انسانی حکومت پر یقین شرک ہے۔ حتیٰ کہ جدید ریاستوں میں بھی معیشت ایک سمندر کی مانند ہے جسے کنترول کرنے کیلئے خدا کا نظر نہ آنے والے ہاتھ مختلف ذہنوں میں مختلف کاموں کی طلب پیدا کر تاہے، جبکہ حکومت ایک تالاب ہے۔ قرآن کہتا ہے: اور تم تین قسم کے ہو جاؤ گے: پھر دائیں ہاتھ والے (یعنی آزاد مارکیٹ تجارت کرنے والے)، کیا ہی خوش نصیب ہیں دائیں ہاتھ والے! اور بائیں ہاتھ والے(یعنی حکومتی کنترول نافذ کرنے والے)، کیا ہی بدبخت ہیں بائیں ہاتھ والے! اور جو سبقت لے جانے والے ہیں (حکومتی کنٹرول کے خلاف آواز اٹھانے والے)، وہی تو مقرب ہیں۔ یہی لوگ نعمت والی جنتوں میں ہوں گے۔ (سورۃ الواقعہ 56:7-12)
