Just as tough plants need hard soil

Just as tough plants need hard soil, tough-minded people need the harshness of hell. All humans do what they believe is right. Tough-minded people want their desires to become a moral law for everyone. When God created tough-minded people, they promised Him that they would do whatever served hell. In hell, they will continue those same activities without realizing they are in hell.
