Yashab Street Children Project

Street Children Project is for health and educations of minors who live, work, or spend most of their time on the streets rather than in a stable family home or protective environment. They may sleep on sidewalks, in markets, at transport stations, or in abandoned buildings, and often survive through informal activities such as begging, scavenging, small labor, or street vending. Some street children have little or no contact with their families, while others may return home occasionally but rely on the street for daily survival. They are typically exposed to serious risks, including poverty, hunger, abuse, exploitation, health problems, lack of education, and social exclusion.
