For social projects, we charge overhead costs, while for commercial projects, we charge a profit. Social projects are accountable to donors; therefore, overhead must be justified through transparency and measurable impact. Commercial projects are accountable to customers, and profit must be justified through value delivery and competitive pricing. Ethical concerns arise not from the existence of overhead or profit, but from misrepresentation, inefficiency, or exploitation in either model.
